Our story
In 1989, after we got out of active duty in the Army, we purchased our first pop up trailer for our family and have been avid RVers since. Starting with our pop up trailer, to our next purchase of a Travel Trailer, to a 5th Wheel RV, and now a Class A motorized RV with a boat, we have had issues with storage. Our homes have either been in an HOA that did not allow us to store them there or we had homes with lots that we could not fit our RV or boat on. On top of these storage issues when we do a search for RV and Boat Storage, we find them full and with waiting lists, or when we do find a storage facility that has space available the spaces are too tight to comfortably back an RV or Boat into it. That is why we decided to open our own RV and Boat Storage facility. We call it PARK Ranch RV and Boat Storage. This is a joint endeavor with four parties who see the need and want to help solve the storage issues.

Our facility
The word PARK in our name is actually the first letter of the four owners' names of the storage facility. When we were starting to look at building the RV and Boat storage facility we decided we wanted to make it user-friendly by having wide sites for easy backing of your large RV. You see we have stored our RV’s and boats in small 11-foot wide sites and were scared to back them in, this is not something for the faint of heart as there is a great chance of damaging not only your RV or boat but the neighboring RV or boat. With this in mind, we decided to go big or go home. We have many RV and Boat sites that are 15 feet wide for the bigger RV’s in case you need to come to the facility and do some work on your RV, you can open your slides, you can bring in a Certified/approved mobile RV tech to come and work on your rig without having to take it home or to a RV dealership. Our smaller spaces can accommodate non-slide and smaller rigs, they are still 13 feet wide.
The length of the spaces varies from 20 feet long to 50 feet. The cost of the space will be determined by the length of your needed space. We are also planning on bringing a dump station to the storage lot in the next few months as well as covered parking in the future. As of now, we are an open-air RV and boat storage facility but our plans are to add several hundred covered parking spots.
