Security To Keep Your RV Safe
We have an onsite, live-in manager who will be present to help with any issue that may come up. We also have a 6-foot-high fence topped with 3 strands of barbed wire along with security lighting and cameras and a separate identity code for each tenant that has to be entered into a security keypad upon entry and exit so we can track who comes and goes, the camera system will take a picture of the driver and the license plate. We currently do not offer 24/7 access and instead are open dawn to dusk so please plan accordingly so that you can park your RV or boat during daylight hours. Due to supply chain delays for the entry keypads, we may require you to call us and set an appointment with us when you bring your RV or boat in so we can open the gate manually for you. Believe us, we don’t want to do this for very long and are working hard are sourcing the equipment required from several sources to get the keypad in as soon as possible.
RV Maintenance
We do allow for minor RV maintenance by a certified approved Mobile RV technician and for the handy person to work on their own rigs for minor repairs such as slide work, and re-caulking the seems but we do not allow any engine repair, transmission, axle repair or another heavy machinery work. We also ask that you keep your work limited to your site, and to make sure your space is cleaned up after you are done. If this benefit is abused, we can change this policy at any time so please don’t ruin it for others.
