  • What should I do if I lose my code?

  • What Payment Methods do you accept?

    ACH, and Credit Cards for annual payments.

  • Can I store my vehicle in your facility?

    We do not allow vehicle storage at this time.

  • What size spaces do you offer? How much does it cost to lease a space?

    Please refer to our reservation page for up-to-date space size and pricing.

  • What do I need to rent a storage space?

    valid driver's license

    current proof of insurance on stored unit

    current registration on stored unit

    ability to pay monthly or annual payment

  • What should I do when storing my RV/Boat for the winter?

    We always recommend you winterize your RV/boat for the cold winter months.

  • What happens if my RV/boat is damaged or stolen?

    We are not responsible for stolen or Damaged property. As per our lease agreement, we highly recommend having a hitch lock and gps tracking tags or other security precautions. (Tire lock, etc)

  • Do I need to pay a deposit?

    No deposit required.

  • I missed my payment. What will happen now?

    If your payment is late, you have a 5-day grace period. Late fees will be charged on the 5th day past your due date.  If you are 5 days past due, you will be denied access to your unit until you pay your current balance.

  • Can I access my RV or Boat any time of Day?

    No, please refer to your specific rental agreement for operating hours.

  • Do you offer covered spaces?

    Not at the moment. Phase two of our facility build-out will include covered parking.

  • Is your entrance/exit on a busy street?

    No.
